Biography

The Brunch Ninja is an intermediary practitioner of Breakfast-Fu (Martial Arts Brunch Buffet), a powerful and quite delicious form of melee combat best used in fights employing culinary battle skills as well as in the preparation and serving of early meals for 4-6 guests

Where Breakfast-Fu branches off from combat cooking is its mastery of ballistic food tossing (egg and/or dairy dishes, particularly), the ritual-like steps in the baking of pastries, as well as the specialized use of griddle, oil, and butter techniques along with various martial weapons like katanas and throwing axes. Other disciplines also speak specifically to syrup and cereal maneuvers. In tune with combat cooking, insulting the opposing culinary warrior's skill, ingredients, recipe, and/or presentation is paramount.

The key underlying precept of this fighting technique is simple:

. . . the enemy who cannot move because his belly is full is no longer your enemy . . .

Affiliations

The Brunch Ninja is a founding member and superleader of the Champions of Breakfast? supergroup on the Virtue server. He is also an ally of American Legion and his eponymously named supergroup, The American Legion.

Personality

As ninja go, Brunchie is incredibly friendly and helpful to strangers. Normally, ninja are private misanthropic assassins that lurk in the dark and are constantly suspicious of everyone. However, due to his culinary training being coupled with his combat training, it is only a natural extension of preparing meals for others with care that Brunch has, himself, affected a caring demeanor. Polite to a fault, his language is often awkwardly humble and formal, making him appear somewhat goofy to others. Given the brightness of his character and integrity, it is no wonder that he follows the morning tradition.

Standard Ninja Training
Years of studying ninjutsu has imparted Kenji with remarkable proficiency in the standard martial techniques of stealth, preternatural agility and concealed weaponry. So, too, has his constitution been affected by the rigorous trials involved in his near constant training to enhance his combat prowess.

Combat Cooking
In addition to his being a classically-trained chef as well as a field-trained gourmand, Kenji's specialty in the kitchen and in a fight is his mastery of The Way of The Buttered Knife.
