Evolution did a number on this particular fish. Now he's upright and pissed.

Personality

To say that Frozen Fishie is aloof and distant is putting things mildly. To say that he's often unfeeling and cold would call a spade a spade. He has yet to forgive mankind completely for crimes committed against the ocean. However, having recently been shown that not all of mankind is to blame for the various atrocities made against nature (and that there are some who are actually trying to make amends), Frozen Fishie has decided to reserve judgment on the species as a whole until such a time that he can say with conviction "I told you so" or "I was wrong".

Beyond that, being as accustomed as he is with traveling in a school of fish, he understands the importance of cohesion in a team and will readily play his part without question.

Powers

Friend of The Icy Depths
Being a black cod (however evolved), Frozen Fishie is accustomed to the icy depths of the ocean and is now capable of generating both the ice as well as the chill whose source lies far beneath the waves. He can encase friends and foes alike in blocks of ice (to help as well as to harm), produce and chuck frozen shards of moisture as well as dramatically lower the temperature in the immediate area.
