Biography
Marv Thorsen had been a lumberjack all his life. Always outdoors, others wondered how he could stand the freezing temperature of the Northern woods, but he liked it. The day came, though, when it worked against him.
Going farther than ever before, Marv was caught under a falling tree that cracked and fell the wrong way. He called to his friends and coworkers to save him, but no one came...no one but a shaggy creature, old and feeble, that wanted him for dinner. Marv may have been trapped, but he was not helpless, and the ancient creature was no match for Marv's powerful muscles. Still trapped, Marv hoped to hold out, eating the creatures flesh to survive.
The meat gave him power and strength, and it fueled his anger for those that did not come to his rescue. The cold of the Northern woods chilled his soul the rest of the way, and it was a different thing entirely that loped to freedom.
The logging company is, well, defunct, but LycanTech was more than happy to hire him.

Personality
Howler is a workin' man...beast...thing. He likes his job, and he does it well. He dislikes anyone that gets in his way. After work, he kicks back with a few kegs of brew.
Powers
The power of the Wendigo keeps Marv comfortable in even the coldest conditions. His ability extends to forming and controlling ice in many forms.
