Re: CE-0 Hardsuit Prototype
Damage assessment reports concerning the Steel Canyon R&D lab hit we suffered at the hands of the Freakshow last May are still coming in. It would appear that the prototype Cyclonus 0.1 Hardsuit wasn't the only thing of value that has gone missing: the Caduceus Exoframe Zero was another piece of experimental tech still unaccounted for.
The product of S-Division's Crisis Level-Emergency Rescue Issue Cyberarmor research, the CE-0 unit was as yet untested in the field. As such, the limits of its primary capabilities involving emergency evac/extraction, nanite cloud gene therapy and tissue regeneration are unknown. Though the CE-0 was developed as Crey Industries' contribution to the advancement of Paragon City's Emergency Medical Response System, researchers theorized possible military application for the hardsuit despite it not being designed for combat.

Affiliations
Project CLERIC is a member of the Crimson Omni-Gods supergroup on the Justice server. Ostensibly, being Crey tech, Project CLERIC has ties with Crey Industries and their S-Division.
Personality
Little is known about Project CLERIC's current pilot. Is he the person responsible for the theft of the prototype from the R&D facility it originated from? Or is he simply someone who found the hardsuit after the Freakshow discarded it, realizing they lacked the understanding of its operation and its capability? Or is he a Crey employee of some sort, given his intimate knowledge of how to use the prototype proficiently enough to save lives?
Whoever this pilot is, his knowledge of first aid belies his anonymity. Practicing medicine isn't a skill just anyone can pick up.
Powers
Crisis-Level First Response
The Project CLERIC hardsuit is outfitted with experimental technology used to apply medical aid on the field. In particular, it uses nanobot clusters and controlled radioactive emissions to perform cellular repair and stimulate the production of adrenaline.
Ersatz Combat Readiness
Given the versatility of its hardware wiring, it has been theorized that despite being a non-combat exo frame, with enough rerouting, the Project CLERIC unit could be used in combat scenarios to some effect. In particular, one possible gear rigging would involve the redirecting of the channels with which its portable defibrillator used. As this would lead to the rapid depletion of the hardsuit's power source, this offensive ability would not be the most effective form of attack.
Pneumatic Propulsion
Through a series of vented intakes and jets, Project CLERIC is capable of huge leaps spanning great distances in a single bound.
Medi-Porter Access
Project CLERIC's sensor array can access Paragon City's Emergency Medical Teleportation grid to retrieve an ally from a distant location.
