Re: Cyclonus 0.1 Hardsuit Prototype

As you know, one of our R&D facilities was hit by a Freakshow cell last May. Key members of staff were mauled to death and many are reported missing. Many are presumed dead. Looting has hit the abandoned site since then and it is unclear as to what was stolen before the assault and what was taken after.

One such casualty of note is the disappearance of the Cyclonus 0.1 Hardsuit prototype. Borne from S-Division's signature project, codenamed Weather Induction Node/Tactical Exoskeleton Research (Project WINTER, for short), this battlesuit was pieced together from remains of Rikti technology for use in The War and, as such, is considered hot technology. Plans, schematics and specs pertaining to Project WINTER were corrupted during the facility's attack and an all-points bulletin has been placed to divine the whereabouts of this mobile armored device.

Affiliations

Project WINTER is a member of the Crimson Omni-Gods supergroup on the Infinity server. Ostensibly, being Crey tech, Project WINTER has ties with Crey Industries and their S-Division.

Personality

Little is known about Project WINTER's current pilot. Is he the person responsible for the theft of the prototype from the R&D facility it originated from? Or is he simply someone who found the hardsuit after the Freakshow discarded it when they realized they lacked the understanding of its operation and its capability?

Given the daring adventures that the hardsuit has appeared in, it's obvious that someone is playing superhero here and they finally have the means to do it.

Powers

Weather Induction Node
Through unexplained mechanisms housed throughout the Project WINTER exo frame, the hardsuit is somehow capable of generating freezing and subfreezing temperatures as well as affecting immediate weather conditions via controlled ionization of the local atmosphere.

Pneumatic Propulsion
Through a series of vented intakes and jets, Project WINTER is capable of self-sustained flight.

Medi-Porter Access
Project WINTER's sensor array can access Paragon City's Emergency Medical Teleportation grid to retrieve an ally from a distant location.
