Biography
Jake Cagen was just another disillusioned member of society. He saw the country around him succumbing to the basest desires, the stupidest attitudes...it made him want to scream. He decided he couldn't take it any longer, and locked himself away in his basement, tinkering, working...
The day came when his devices were ready. A mouthpiece to amplify his screams of anger, powered gloves to shove back those that got too close, rocket boots to lift him above the masses, a cloaking device to avoid being seen, and new toys always in the works. He was ready to give the world a piece of his mind...whether it liked it or not.

Personality
Among his friends, Jake is a fun, laid-back fella, though he does like a good debate. To the rest of the world, though, he's a loud, angry guy, arrogant and smug. Both scenarios are accurate.
Powers
Jake is a mechanical genius. The tech that amplifies Jake's shouts can be fine-tuned to many effects. His powered gloves work like personal tasers. All other effects come from various devices, including a cloaking field, rocket boots, and a teleport-recall device. He has also picked up a few handy weapons from army surplus and Vanguard.
